Is shipping free?
The certified PDF by email is always included at no extra cost. A printed, stamped original is optional and sent by Deutsche Post for +€15 within Germany (+€25 to other European countries). We do not offer free shipping on printed originals.
Is Express 24h available for every language and document?
No. Express 24h (+€20) delivers your certified PDF on the next business day and is available for English↔German, Spanish↔German and Italian↔German orders placed before 10:00 AM Monday–Friday (CET). It is not offered for every document type. Standard delivery takes 3–4 business days, and same-day delivery is possible on request — contact us.
Is the price per document or per page?
Per document. The listed price is for a standard single-page document and does not depend on the number of words. Additional pages are charged per page — the exact amount is shown in the order form before you pay. Unusually long or complex documents (e.g. multi-page notarial deeds) may be quoted separately — contact us.
Are prices shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
All prices shown on our website include German VAT (Mehrwertsteuer) at the applicable rate. Optional extras (express delivery, printed original by post, notarisation, apostille) are always shown before you pay.
When exactly do I pay?
With our default Stripe secure payment option, you receive your certified translation first and pay within 14 days of delivery. You can also choose to pay upfront by card, PayPal, SEPA, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Do you offer B2B or volume pricing?
Yes. We work with law firms, HR departments, immigration consultants, universities and other organisations on a B2B basis with volume pricing and dedicated account management. Contact us for a custom B2B pricing proposal.
What if my document has multiple pages?
Standard civil registry documents (birth certificates, marriage certificates, etc.) are typically one or two pages and are covered by the flat rate. For longer documents, you can select the page count in our order form — each additional page incurs a small additional fee shown at checkout.
